I Will Raise Him Up

Humility is an admirable attribute and love will make it shine. The day is coming when you won’t need man to lift you or even recognize and give you accolades because God himself said “I will raise him up”. Believe me when the Lord elevates all will take notice, don’t forget to say “To God Be The Glory”!

John 6:40

And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

When the Lord raises us it wont be so people can just talk about us but so we witness of him. Our elevation will make our words seem worth listening to. God’s not about elevating flesh so we can get the big head.

Our humility will be a sure sign that the Lord lives on the inside because he was and is the epitome of humility. Success is not in the amount of things we possess but in the amount of time we spent with the Lord and have become spiritually intimate with him.

Once you have achieved this you will find piece with less. Don’t get me wrong you will still enjoy and even desire nice things, you just won’t be obsessed with things and the pursuit of them. Let the Lord raise you up, because if we do it our self it will always end in a fall!
