Him Will I Trust

Yvonne Adams Daily Blog 0 1,005

Just because you’ve been disappointed by others, doesn’t mean you can’t trust again. You can depend on God!

Many of us have been totally disappointed and hurt by someone we trusted completely. The thing we must remember is not to judge God by the actions of mortal men!

Not many of us have mastered the art of trust when it comes to God because we have allowed the hurt and frustration we feel we others to affect our relationship with the Lord.

In God there is peace and a reassurance that he will never cause us harm. Everything he does and allows is for our good. He has our best interest at heart!

Points of Reference

Psalm 91

King James Version (KJV)

91  He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2  I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Psalm 91

9  Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10  There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

11  For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

12  They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

I know for   a fact based on personal experience, you won’t be disappointed for putting your trust in the Lord!   You will find it very necessary to posses patience; as God doesn’t work in our time.

Sometimes what we called unanswered prayers is really prayers aborted by our impatience. We were almost at the door of our miracle when we gave up.

Luke 21:19
In your patience possess ye your souls.
